Rust Preventative- Metal Shield 1999
Metal Shield 1999 is a premium water-based "Dry-to-Touch" rust preventative designed for steels and cast irons. Simply immerse or spray onto your parts, let dry (typically about 10 to 30 minutes or so) and you have long term rust prevention for 6 months to 1 year indoors.
Metal Shield can be easily washed off if you decide to paint or otherwise protect your parts. A good non-caustic mild detergent cleaner will easily rinse away the protective film, let dry and your ready to paint, etc.

- Compatibility: safe to use on mild steel, stainless steel, and most elastomers. Always try on small hidden area if in question
