These parts can be easily "rejuvenated" and completely rust free by using our rust remover.  Turn your rusty car into something you can show.  This is the best rust dissolver for your rusty car.

Industrial

Clean Bolts

Industry can not tolerate rusty parts in their assembly lines.  Our rust remover can easily be retrofitted into an cleaning line, or use it as a stand alone dip tank.  Simply  immerse your parts in a dip tank and remove when parts are free of rust.  Our product is free rinsing, making it easy to prep prior to a paint line or operation.

Tanks can be cleaned, inside and out, using our Un-Rust-It.  No need to sand blast or grind away the rust.  Applications can include continuously spray or fill the tank up with rust remover.  The Un-Rust-It can be reused over and over until the solution becomes black and the rust removing stops. Don't be fooled by evapo ration rust removers.

Military

Militray Tank Track

There are many military applications. Tank tracks, engines, exhausts, are just a few.  You can even use this in the field.  Just spray it on until the rust dissolver removes the rust for you.  Catch the spray on a tarp or plastic sheet and recirculate it back onto the vehicle or part.  Super easy to use.  Since its non-hazardous, its safe to use and spillage is typically not a big issue.

Immersion tanks will accommodate large parts, simply lower the engine block into the solution and remove when rust is dissolved. Our concentrate makes it incredibly easy to make a batch of the powerful rust removing fluid. Just add concentrate and then add 9 or 4 equal parts of water to make 10% or 20% solution, respectively.

How many tools and construction equipment is left in the back of a pickup to rust?  Contractors are constantly leaving their tools outside, and they end up rusting.  When they need the tools, the rust prevents them for working.

Just find an old 5-gallon pail, and make up a solution.  Place your tools into the fluid and check them the next morning.  The rust will be removed and we also provide a indoor rust inhibitor to reduce the amount of rusting.  Just spray or metal Shield 1999 onto the tools and let dry.  The fluid dries to touch and is great for indoor use.

Gas Tank Restoration

rusty gas tank

Rust accumulates insides of gas tanks, especially older ones.  Now it is easy to remove this rust without using dangerous acids or sand blasting.

Remove old gas and pour about 1-2 ounces  of  Metal Kleener 0001 or similar detergent (non-caustic type), fill half way with hot water and shake to remove all the varnish and dirt that may be in the tank.  Then simply pour our Rust Remover solution into the tank, add the appropriate amount of water (hot if available) and let set overnight.

Un-Rust-It will all the remove rust from the insides of the tank.  If you fill the tank up a little more than half way, then you can remove the rust from one side and flip the tank over to remove the rust from the other side.

Compressor Tanks

rusted compressor tank

Compressor tanks hold water that condenses during the compression of the air.  Typical compressor tanks are steel and are subject to rusting.  This is why water comes out of the little valve on the bottom of the tank when you open it.

This same valve is notorious for clogging after you blow it out once.  The rust gets stuck on the valve and causes it to seat incorrectly.  As simple solution to fix this problem is to add about 1/5th the capacity of the tank with Un-Rust-It solution and let stand overnight.  Then simple blow out the valve the next morning.  No need to rinse tank, the remaining rust remover will act as an rust inhibitor.

Our fluid will not hurt the valves and seals. Its a perfect solution to a problem like this.  Save the fluid and you can reuse it later.  Just keep it covered to minimize further contamination and evaporation of the product.

Brake Calipers

rusted brake caliper

Brake calipers are easy to clean up and paint using our Un-Rust-It Industrial rust remover.  Our solution will not hurt rubber, plastics and existing paint.

All you have to do is remove the caliper from the wheel assembly and remove any loose rust.  No need to remove the brake hose or rubber boots.   Find a bowl or other container that the caliper can fit into.  You may have to prop it up on a concrete block or similar.  Place the caliper into the container and fill with 20% Industrial Concentrate Rust Remover until the caliper is submersed and let it set overnight or until the rust is removed.

After you remove the caliper from the solution, wash off the caliper with diluted Metal Kleener 0001, rinse and let dry.  You can paint it with high temp paint when dry.

Removing the rust from the calipers will make it operate smoothly and keep it from binding.

The rotors can be done in the same manner except remove them from hub and place into a plastic container with enough Industrial rust remover and water to cover it.
